HAYLEY MEREDITH SHARES HER
FAVORITE
THANKSGIVING MEMORY
Turkey, Masked Potaotes, green beans!
Yes, you know what I am talking about, IT IS THANKSGIVING. Although we
are supposed to be thinking about how we got to the day of Thanksgiving
with the Pilgrims and the Natives. Our Meredith family always thinks
about stuffing our faces with food.
My favorite Thanksgiving Day Memory is when Aunt Jalon (NaNa's sister)
comes to visit and she leaves the table to go talk to her family on the
telephone and we always eat off of her fully stacked plate. She has
only noticed once when we have eaten off of her plate but it will still
go on for years to come. That is just one of my favorite memories.
Another one is waking up and going to go see a movie as a family. We
have gone to see many movies such as "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas,"
"Elf," and this year it was "Christmas with the Kranks." We always have
a good laugh.
As the Meredith's we are very active during the holiday season but
there is always one tradition that we love. That happens on
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. We always like a good
laugh because we are all very happy people you can always see us
smiling when you watch the movie, "The Christmas Story" together. This
is the one Christmas tradition that I always look forward to doing with
the whole family. We watch this every year whether or not everyone will
be at dinner or not. We can eitehr watch the movie on the teleision or
Nana always has it on video. Those are my favorite Holiday memory's.
