Jean Meredith Riddle, 67, of Titusville, Fla., went to be with the Lord on Saturday (March 26, 2005) after a long battle with lung cancer.
She was born April 19, 1937, in Fairmont, the daughter of the late Charlie and Jane Meredith of Monongah.
Jean was a graduate of Monongah High School in 1955, attended Fairmont State College, trained in medical technology in Bighamton, N.Y., and was the former owner of Community Medical Laboratory in Titusville, Fla.
She also enjoyed traveling, fishing and her many friends.
She is survived by a stepdaughter, Phylis Bierbaum and her husband Mike of Tallahassee, Fla.; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Nelda Meredith of Elizabeth City, N.C., Joe and Jean Meredith of Daytona Beach Shores, Fla., and Bill and Roleta Meredith of Sarasota, Fla.; and two sisters and one brother-in-law, Delores Holt of Indiana, Patty Wills and her husband Donald of Fairmont.
Services will be held at North Brevard Funeral Home, 1450 Norwood Ave., Titusville, FL 32796.
